It usually takes couple days to a week to know if your application and offer has been accepted. After that it will take a week to 10 days for the owners side to prepare the lease agreement and keys. This is when you will prepare any required documents (i.e. resident card, proof of employment etc.)
Once the lease agreement is ready, the following will need to take place.
